Managing Your Account

You created your account using the iPanel Billing System, and you can now login to your account and manage it. This includes Billing and Contact information as well as the ability to Upgrade and/or Manage your Invoices.

You can login to your iPanel here: iPanel. Your login is the login that you created when you were registering your account. And if you do not remember your password you can recover it or contact Live Support!

Getting Support

Your Support Suite account is not automatically Created and you can register here: Support Suite - Register. Once you have an account you can do (But not limited to) the following:

• Create an Manage Tickets
• Contact Live Support Faster

Having a Support Suite account will make managing your account at PurgeHosting Easy. We can create tickets to notify you about things you may have questions about. You can create a ticket at anytime and recive a response within 24 hours of the ticket creation date.
